The classic par excellence of the Tommasi family. Elegance and structure, softness and complexity make it a unique wine. It is produced exclusively with native grapes which, after being harvested in October, are left to dry on the racks in the drying rooms until the following February. Subsequently, the Amarone della Valpolicella Classico from the Tommasi winery ages three years in Slavonian oak barrels. It admirably interprets the classic style of the appellation, resulting soft, juicy, structured and complex.
Intense and deep ruby red, with garnet hues. On the nose, it presents complex aromatic notes from fruit in alcohol to bitter spices, black pepper, licorice and cocoa. In the mouth it is intense, of great structure, powerful with a sumptuous expression of ripe fruit. The finish is pleasantly curvy and dry.
