The Fijian Islands are renowned for their pure water, nourishing the sugarcane growing in rich volcanic soil at the base of The Sleeping Giant Mountain. The hand-cut sugarcane is distilled into rum, then filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the pure taste of Fiji. Our Ratu Signature Blend Rum Liqueur is aged for 8 years in charred oak barrels with aromas of zesty orange, dark chocolate, and coffee which give way to a velvet mouthfeel of coconut and spiced oak followed by a lingering fresh citrus aroma.
