Part of Bushmill's “Steamship Collection”, consisting of three permanent “special cask matured” variants. The Sherry Cask Reserve is a limited release of malt whiskey exclusively matured in Oloroso Sherry butts for a richer flavour characterised by dried fruits, spiced honey and dark chocolate.
